Local Routes

Our classic tempo route:

leave from RR in warmup pace to Empire via Allendale and the tempo portion starts just past the lights of Empire and Kingsbridge Rd, 20 minutes running “comfortably hard” (not able to chat with each other) down Forest rd to Quidi Vidi / Boulevard & then cooldown on way back to RR   tempo route

Hill Repeats :  route to/from the Hill  and  our 55om Hill

11k recovery run route … remember easy does it!
